Checking the Status of Your Application
You can always check the status of your visa application online by entering your order number and the email you used on your application.
Before calling us to inquire about orders: First, review the estimated shipping date on your invoice. Is it more than three days late? If so, did you mail your documents to us the day you made your online application
or did you wait several days? What does the online status say about your
order?
Did we receive your documents? There's an innovative new
technology that all of the shipping providers use. It is called
tracking. If you shipped your documents with
tracking, than you can always check if, and when we received the documents.
Due to the volume of documents we receive each day, you should check the tracking
with your shipping provider. If we have received your documents, you can
check the status of your application online.

Our phones are staffed during regular office hours.
During after hours and weekends, our phones are forwarded to our homes where we take turns answering urgent document processing questions. If you have a general question, please call during regular working hours.
Because we handle sensitive documents such as passports, for security reasons, we do not accept customers at any of our sort facilities or offices. Service is by mail or appointment only.
